Welcome to the newly revamped Gill Quarries – Gill Clean Fill Website.
We have made a number of changes which we hope you will agree are improvements. Under the hood we have upgraded both our version of WordPress and our web hosting provider for faster more reliable service. And even though our website doesn’t process transactions, we have upgraded https://gillquarriesinc.com/ with htpps encryption for enhanced user security. We have also enhanced navigation both internally and via Search Engines and referral sites. We have also improved our internal links, and are asking more quality sites to link Gill Quarries, and are adding more external links to relevant sites and content. And we want to thank the Montgomery County PA website for adding us a vendor for construction and demolition materials, clean fill drop off, and quarry products. Montco PA site
More visible to our average user we are making significant upgrades to both the quantity and quality of our content. Almost everybody in the Norristown / King of Prussia area knows us for our Rock Quarry, Stone, and Triple Ground Mulch products. But few people are aware that our Clean Fill Reclamation Site and Concrete Dump Site are even bigger lines of business for us. Or that we rent and sell: Trucks, Rock Crushers, Dumpsters, and other equipment. So going forward we want our website to better describe our various businesses and how we can help you – our customer.
You can see examples of our new content focus in our new Resources / Definitions section and our Choosing a Concrete Dump Site pages. And of course if you are reading this you are aware that we have activated our website Blog section. Future posts will explain the peril of illegal dumping, the Clean Fill Reclamation Story, Using RipRap to save your shoreline, and more.
We will also be doing more with images and videos as appropriate. Both on our main site and on social and referral sites. So please stay tuned and look for updates at least monthly if not more frequently.
As we know there usually isn’t gain without pain. So we do sincerely apologize to the few users who were adversely affected by sporadic email and linking issues. And we are confidant that our stronger more robust platform will be well worth it going forward. Best regards from your Gill Quarries Team.
